REDERA design was invited by PRISM (CimArk’s program that supports creative and cultural industries in Valais) to present its approach to industrial design with the Wawido project.

The large audience at the Innothèque (supported by several stakeholders such as the SME association and the Valais branch of the Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne) at the largest fair in French-speaking Switzerland was able to appreciate the importance of design in the creation of a new product, resulting in more functional products, reduced costs, optimised production, and a more attractive aesthetic. The visual and pragmatic presentation emphasised the benefits of collaborating with all project stakeholders (engineers, production managers, suppliers, etc.) from the outset, which avoids the risks of creation ‘in silos’.

It was also the first official presentation of REDERA Design to the public, with whom fruitful discussions took place.
